Another satisfied GraphiStudio customer.

Stephanie Blake stayed up late at night going from one website to another, checking out photographer after photographer.   After a ton of time and effort, she wasn't any closer to a decision.  One thing was certain, she liked her friend's videographer.  When she met with Dan at Plug Video she asked him who he liked and worked well with, that's when they were pointed our direction.   What they originally signed up for was a magazine album package, but Stephanie saw and liked the GraphiStudio books.  Her wedding day came along and the storm clouds were looming.  It looked like rain, and unfortunately this wasn't a good thing because they were planning for an outdoor wedding at Coyote Hills Country Club.  Somehow the gods must have been listening to her prayers because the storm passed close by but it didn't rain until it was dark.  Nathan was just so excited to get married to her, his attitude was so great.   If  you knew Stephanie you would know why, not only is she beautiful, but she is nice, and just has a great personality.   These were two people who were so genuinely happy to get married to each other that it may just as well rained because it wouldn't ruin their day.

Normally, overcast lighting is great.  But the weather was nearly rain so the dark, dark clouds tended to make the images look dark and dull.  It was Photoshop to the rescue.  We went through and spent hours breathing new life into images.  By the time we were done, we had our skills pushed to their limits.  The end result was amazing!   When she came and saw her book with Nathan they had no idea how well the images turned out.   Everything was so large, and sharp, and colorful, and vivid.    She kept looking through the pictures saying "I'm just happy!"   They were both full of hugs and literally bounced out of our living room.   We decided to snap some pictures of them reviewing the book and  holding up their polished metal (mirror) full color cover. It's breathtaking.

Look at the image to the right, do they look like they are happy?  She's going to first take this book to work and show it to everybody she works with,  and she can retell the story of her wedding day, and people will be impressed about how beautiful she was, and what a wonderful day she had.  Then she is going to call her girlfriends and meet them at Starbucks and go over her wedding day with them.   As she relives the stories she is going to feel like a celebrity.  How do we know this for certain?  We get phone calls and e-mails from our clients, a week or two after getting their books.  "My mom cried" or "Everybody in my office wanted to see my book."   We even get phone calls from clients we've had two years earlier who take their books in to show all the newly engaged people at work.   Now, that's a testament, showing your book off to somebody a full two years after your wedding!

After nearly ten years of doing wedding photography, we haven't had anybody more excited about their wedding albums and wedding books as we have had over the last couple of years.   If you come by, we'll gladly show you a copy of Nathan and Stephanie's wedding, and many of the the dozens of other weddings we have.  You really have to see their wedding.  You would be surprised to think that it almost rained.

Hello!  Is this thing on?-  02/09/06

Lecia always said that Steve would work 24 hours a day if he could.  Well, now he does.   Even while Steve is sleeping he's talking about Artisan Magazine Albums and Coffee Table Books. . . literally.  Attached to the price lists for the Artisan Magazine and Coffee Table Books is a link to a slide show.  Each show lasts around 20 minutes.  The show's cover a very in depth introduction, and overview of the package, and a complete description of the price lists.  Also, there are examples of the packages with a lot of graphics and images.

This is something new, and we always appreciate feedback on the project.

The return of the Bee-Hive?

This is an image sent to us ( in pieces) from Wedding Channel Magazine.  It's reminding me of the B-52's and all the Austin Power movies. Swinging 60's here we come, yeah baby!

Still working on the site! -01/13/06

After a well deserved vacation, we are now back to work on the site.  Just before we left, we made the big switch to IPowerweb.com and not everything transferred perfectly.   We had  a problem with our price list not loading. That is now fixed.  Also, the home page was a bit, well, boring.  Instead of showing a bunch of lovely images just like every other studio's website, we instead focused on showing what we could do with these lovely images.   The home page now focuses on the many different and exciting albums we offer.

The website will be a perpetual project, we plan to add to it and upgrade it often.  Still if you run across anything that doesn't work, doesn't make sense, or needs improvements, please let us know.

A new year and a new look- 01/02/06

Thank you for visiting www.LifetimeImages.com.   This is our new website and we are very excited about it!  We started building our website around 1997, and the software wasn't very good back then.   We just kept adding on to it, so the problems only got worse over time.   More than anything the information and images became very stale.  This time around we wanted to build the site right.   We wanted to streamline the site and have our more recent images on the site.

We had anticipated having a little more time at the end of 2005 to work on this site, but we got caught up in year end projects.  Thankfully, this site has our price list, contact information, and images at this time. We will be adding back in some of the old favorite stuff and some new stuff. We are very excited to have our site hosted by www.IPowerweb.com .  They are giving us 50 times more space than our old website host, and a HUGE bandwidth increase.   What this means is that we will be able to do newer and more creative things with our website.  Of course we are always looking for feedback from people, if something doesn't work or could use improvements please drop us a line at our feedback section of this site.  Thanks again for visiting!
